ABOUT THE PROJECT

REQUIREMENTS

– Proven experience as a Product Manager in iGaming;
– Strong understanding of bonus mechanics, segmentation, personalization;
– Experience working with game providers;
– Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker);
– Strong knowledge of product metrics (GGR, NGR, LTV, ARPU / ARPPU);
– Understanding of casino unit economics;
– Experience managing a casino product roadmap;
– Experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization;
– Nice to have: Launching a new casino brand;
– Expanding to new GEOs;
– Managing VIP segments;
– CRM campaign experience;
– Understanding of affiliate traffic.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Drive product revenue growth (GGR / NGR);
– Improve key product metrics: Retention, ARPU, LTV;
– Own and manage the product roadmap;
– Prepare product requirements and specifications;
– Optimize user funnels (registration → deposit → first bet → repeat);
– Run A/B tests and analyze results;
– Collaborate with development, marketing, and analytics teams.
