HR Director at Hantix

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Hantix is looking for an HR Director to lead the HR function and set up processes from scratch in a hands-on role.

REQUIREMENTS

– Experience in building HR processes from scratch and readiness to independently set up and lead the function at an early stage;
– 7+ years of experience in HR, including 2–3 years in a Head / Lead role;
– Mandatory experience in iGaming / Fintech / Gambling;
– Fluent Ukrainian; Russian; English, Upper-Intermediate+;
– Willingness to work without subordinates during the first year;
– Experience in implementing KPI systems, grading frameworks, and HR CRM / HRIS;
– Understanding of P&L specifics in the iGaming industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– 80% hands-on / 20% strategy;
– Owner of the HR function;
– Audit of the current team;
– Development and documentation of job descriptions;
– Building KPI and Performance Review systems;
– Structuring HR documentation compliant with EU legislation;
– Building a core Employee Journey;
– Low-volume but critical hiring;
– Participation in strategic sessions with founders.
