HR Director at Hantix

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Hantix is seeking a qualified HR Director to lead our Cyprus office.

REQUIREMENTS

– At least 7 years of experience in HR;
– Willingness to independently handle recruitment processes;
– Ability to build HR processes from scratch;
– Experience in mass recruitment and employee retention strategies;
– Experience managing a team of at least 5 people;
– Experience in automating HR processes;
– Proficiency in Russian and English (B2+);
– Experience in recruiting rare specialists and C-level positions;
– Experience in one of the following industries: restaurant business, hospitality, beauty, or retail;
– Understanding of the local legislation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Formation and management of the HR team, which will;
– Successfully recruit new employees;
– Build a positive internal and external employer brand;
– Implement all standard HR processes;
– Create favorable conditions for the internal professional growth of employees;
– Initiate team-building activities;
– Handle personnel administration.
