ABOUT THE PROJECT
Arbitrage Finance Manager position at Hantix, focusing on affiliate/arbitrage teams and financial management.
REQUIREMENTS
– Experience strictly within affiliate/arbitrage teams;
– Deep understanding of gambling and traffic arbitrage economics;
– Strong financial management skills: P&L, turnover, commissions;
– Data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills;
– Experience working with agents and advertisers;
– Practical experience with crypto payments and settlements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Full P&L control across teams, GEOs, and offers;
– Monitoring and analysis of key gambling metrics: ROI, CPA, RevShare, LTV, ARPU, Hold, CR, EPC;
– Working with agents, agencies, ad networks, and advertisers;
– Control of financial flows: payouts, deposits, revshare, accounts receivable;
– Crypto operations: USDT, BTC, wallets, transactions, fees.
– Monitoring and analysis of key gambling metrics: ROI, CPA, RevShare, LTV, ARPU, Hold, CR, EPC;
– Working with agents, agencies, ad networks, and advertisers;
– Control of financial flows: payouts, deposits, revshare, accounts receivable;
– Crypto operations: USDT, BTC, wallets, transactions, fees.
