Billing Manager at Gismart

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Gismart is a mobile app developer with award-winning products in Health, Wellness, Utilities & Music and over 1 billion downloads across the globe.

REQUIREMENTS

– Have 1+ years of experience as a Billing Manager / Anti-Fraud manager
– Have experience with the chargebacks, refunds, performance metrics, cost optimization etc.
– Have analytical mindset and systematic approach to completing tasks
– You are independence, formulation of hypotheses and proposals for solving assigned problems
– Your English is at least Upper Intermediate or higher
– Would be a plus: Experience in the financial or banking sector
– Experience working with payment systems
– Understanding of unit economics and data driven decision-making methodology
– Skill in creating technical requirements for developers and running A/B tests
– Experience in negotiations with the business partners

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Maintaining and improving the billing infrastructure
– Monitoring of key indicators affecting billing efficiency: authorization rate, risk metrics, cost optimization including detailed analytics
– Biz dev part: Negotiating with the payment providers
– Creating and handling task for development team
– Close work with the product managers, support team, financiers, management and with the development team
– Traffic routing through the Orchestration platform
– Provide research for a most popular payment methods in different markets
– Experience working with PSP – Stripe, Paypal, Braintree, Adyen, Checkout and other
