Product Analyst (Radiotech) at Gismart

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Gismart’s music apps empower millions of people to explore, create, and learn music on the go without special equipment. Our portfolio covers the full spectrum of musical interests, from learning to play instruments to producing tracks and performing as a virtual DJ.
1) Learning & Education: Apps like Guitar Chords & Tabs and Hello Piano transform traditional music lessons into play, allowing beginners and advanced musicians alike to refine their skills.
2) Creation & Performance: With intuitive interfaces and professional-grade features, Beat Maker Go and DJ it! give users the ability to create beats, mix tracks, and express themselves musically anytime, anywhere.

REQUIREMENTS

– 2+ years of experience in a similar analytics role
– Advanced SQL proficiency for querying and analyzing large datasets
– Python skills (pandas, data visualization, statistics) for data manipulation and analysis
– Solid understanding of statistics, including experiment design, statistical tests, correlation analysis, and segmentation
– Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
– Ability to effectively communicate insights, presenting analysis results in a clear and compelling manner
– Experience in full-cycle product analytics (a plus)
– Experience with subscription monetization products (a plus)
– Basic knowledge of Data Science (a plus)

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Engaging with key stakeholders to identify needs and shape the analytics strategy
– Prioritizing tasks based on business value and potential impact
– Building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and key metrics
– Designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests
– Collecting requirements and maintaining the event logging template
– Ensuring data quality, uncovering insights, and providing actionable recommendations
