ABOUT THE PROJECT

Dancebit turns exercise into a dance party with dance workouts set to energizing beats. Professional instructors guide you through easy-to-follow choreographies that help you burn calories, improve coordination, and build strength. It’s the perfect app for anyone looking to stay fit and active through dancing at home.

REQUIREMENTS

– 1+ year of experience in web design
– Strong proficiency in Figma (UI design and prototyping)
– Experience creating animations and micro-interactions (After Effects / Lottie)
– Experience designing marketing pages and web funnels
– Ability to design responsive interfaces using a mobile-first approach
– Strong understanding of layout, typography, color systems, and UI components
– Ability to design clear and conversion-oriented user flows and marketing experiences
– Understanding of modern web and mobile design trends
– Portfolio demonstrating web design work (landing pages, marketing pages, funnels, links to designed apps live in the App Store and Google Play)
– Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and engineering teams
– Experience using AI tools for generating marketing and design assets
– Familiar with the architecture and constraints of native applications for all devices (Will be a plus)
– UX Experience
– Experience in mobile app design
– Experience in testing product hypotheses
– Experience in grow hacking metrics
– English (Intermediate or higher)

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Design and improve marketing web pages and landing pages aimed at increasing conversion and improving user experience.
– Work on web funnels, including registration, onboarding, checkout/payment, upsell pages, emails and other key stages of the user journey.
– Collaborate closely with growth, marketing, and product teams to identify and implement solutions that improve conversion and product metrics.
– Participate in generating and validating product hypotheses, proposing improvements to user flows and experiences.
– Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web pages and marketing products.
– Design responsive interfaces using a mobile-first approach.
– Prepare design assets for development and collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality implementation.
– Contribute to A/B testing by designing alternative page and interface variations.
– Maintain visual and UX consistency and contribute to the development of the design system.
– Analyze user behavior and performance metrics to propose data-driven design improvements.
