ABOUT THE PROJECT

Dancebit turns exercise into a dance party with dance workouts set to energizing beats. Professional instructors guide you through easy-to-follow choreographies that help you burn calories, improve coordination, and build strength. It’s the perfect app for anyone looking to stay fit and active through dancing at home.

REQUIREMENTS

– Strong management skills – strategic thinking, goal setting, and team development
– Experience of more than 2+ years with mobile applications
– Strong understanding of animation principles, video editing, composition, and color theory
– Knowledge of AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, and others)
– Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
– Understanding of performance marketing metrics
– Interest in social media trends, design innovations, and new AI tools to create fresh, engaging, and trend-driven content
– English B1+
– Team management experience would be a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

– conducting 1-1 calls with the team to assess completed tasks from the past week;
– evaluation of the work done: discussion, setting of story points, task completion verification (alignment with the process);
– development and responsibility for filming content for the app and for creatives quality control: assessment from a technical perspective, performance evaluation;
– documentation: maintaining accurate records of completed tasks, monitoring the execution of all KPIs, analysis;
– reporting on any issues/questions based on team comments and feedback.
