ABOUT THE PROJECT

Testora is a self-discovery app that helps users explore and analyze their personality, intelligence, relationships, and career strengths through engaging tests. The app offers personalized challenges, progress reports, and habit tracking, making Testora your go-to tool for self-awareness, stronger relationships, and personal growth.

REQUIREMENTS

– 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment with proven results (exceptional candidates with less experience will also be considered)
– Strong problem-solving skills: you analyze problems thoroughly, identify root causes, and implement solutions from start to finish
– Strong analytical skills: you are comfortable working with product metrics, data-driven hypotheses, and spreadsheets
– Ability to quickly learn and leverage internal low-code automation tools to accelerate the development and launch of new user journeys
– B2+ English proficiency

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities
– Generate and prioritize product growth hypotheses
– Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses
