REQUIREMENTS

– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
– Financial analysis/modeling skills
– Ability to use advanced smart docs in Google Sheets and macros
– Proficiency with Tableau / Looker / Power BI
– Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Prepare comprehensive financial analyses and reports, including preliminary P&L statements, key financial reports (P&L, cash flow, special reports), and financial models for various cost and revenue types
– Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts for OPEX, working with the BI department to ensure data accuracy and analyze forecast values
– Extract, process, and reconcile financial data from systems such as Xero, Quickbooks, Tableau to ensure accurate reporting
– Manage and report on expenses, including subscription and software costs, and ensure accurate allocation of costs by department, team, and product
– Create cross-departmental reports for finance, HR, and Creative teams and develop templates to streamline data processing
