Content Manager at Gismart

ABOUT THE PROJECT

MyGrowth is a personal development app that makes continuous learning simple and engaging by offering daily micro-lessons, practical exercises, and habit-building activities that fit easily into a busy day. MyGrowth makes it easy to stay consistent, helping users acquire new skills, educate themselves, and grow their careers in just a few minutes per day.

REQUIREMENTS

– Experience in content creation or educational content
– Strong writing and editing skills (English required)
– Understanding of mobile-first / microlearning formats
– Ability to work independently and own full content cycles
– Experience collaborating with designers and marketers
– Interest in AI tools for content production
– Would be a plus: Experience in EdTech or subscription apps; Localization or multilingual content experience; Background in education, media, or journalism; Hands-on experience generating visuals with AI tools

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Launch and own new content streams (starting with Communication course)
– Create and edit bite-sized lessons for a mobile app (text, audio, visuals)
– Collaborate with Marketing to align topics with ad hooks
– Maintain and improve lesson ratings (target: 4.5+)
– Migrate existing content from web to app (30 lessons in 3 months)
– Localize content for ES / PT-BR / FR / TR markets
– Prepare clear design briefs (design support is optional, not mandatory)
– Ensure tone of voice consistency across all content
– Propose process optimizations using AI tools (content, visuals, audio)
