Creative Producer at Gismart

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Luvly is a tech-powered natural face care app offering expert-led face yoga and face massage routines. A safe and effective alternative to cosmetic treatments, Luvly helps users sculpt their facial features, reduce wrinkles, and achieve glowing skin naturally. Luvly’s mission is to help people feel beautiful and confident in their skin at any age — without invasive treatments.

REQUIREMENTS

– Experience as a Creative Producer in mobile businesses (minimum 2 years)
– Experience with WEB and MOBILE concepts/creatives
– Deep understanding of the target audience and their needs
– Ability to create engaging and informative content that effectively engages users
– Experience with analytics and creative optimization
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Independence and willingness to drive processes
– Flexibility and ability to adapt to rapid change
– At least B2 level English
– Knowledge of UGC for advertising
– Will be a plus — experience with Google/Reddit/Snapchat

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Develop creative strategies and concepts to promote the mobile application.
– Create video content and static ads for promotional campaigns.
– Work closely with the Product, UA team
– Manage the CP team on the project
– Optimize creative based on analytics and user feedback.
– Conduct competitive research to analyze best practices in the market.
– Create ads for Meta, Google, and other networks.
– Organize brainstorms with the team
– Researching and implementing optimization techniques for various CP processes
– Organize and conduct meetings with Google managers
