Requirements
– 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing / paid acquisition (Junior+ / Middle)
– Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (required)
– Strong understanding of full-funnel performance metrics and decision-making
– Analytical mindset and ability to optimize based on data
– Strong execution and attention to detail
– English level: B1–B2+ (working proficiency)
– Would be a plus: Experience using AI for operational automation and testing TikTok Ads experience
– Experience with subscription products / mobile apps
– Familiarity with attribution tools (AppsFlyer / Adjust)
– A/B testing and funnel optimization understanding
– Basic SQL / BI understanding
Responsibilities
– Launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (primarily Meta; additional channels are a plus)
– Execute structured testing across: creatives (new angles, iterations, formats) audiences (broad / interest / LAL) campaign frameworks (ABO / CBO / ASC where applicable)
– Daily performance monitoring and optimization based on key metrics (CPA/CPP, CTR, CVR, ROAS)
– Work closely with Creative team on briefs, feedback loops, and creative prioritization
– Support performance reporting and insights sharing (weekly/daily)
– Maintain clean campaign structure and naming conventions
– Ensure tracking/attribution consistency together with Analytics team
