ABOUT THE PROJECT

Luvly is a tech-powered natural face care app offering expert-led face yoga and face massage routines. A safe and effective alternative to cosmetic treatments, Luvly helps users sculpt their facial features, reduce wrinkles, and achieve glowing skin naturally. Luvly’s mission is to help people feel beautiful and confident in their skin at any age — without invasive treatments.

REQUIREMENTS

– Strong management skills, including strategic thinking, goal setting and team development
– Experience of more than 2 years with mobile applications
– A strong understanding of animation principles, video editing, composition and colour theory
– Knowledge of AI tools such as Midjourney and Runway
– Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
– An understanding of performance marketing metrics
– An interest in social media trends, design innovations and new AI tools for creating fresh, engaging and trend-driven content
– Team management experience would be an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Evaluating the work done, including discussion, setting of story points and task completion verification (alignment with the process)
– Conducting 1-1 calls with the team to assess completed tasks from the past week
– Quality control, including technical assessment, performance evaluation and documentation
– Maintaining accurate records of completed tasks and monitoring the execution of all KPIs
– Reporting on any issues/questions based on team comments and feedback
