ABOUT THE PROJECT
Gismart is a mobile app developer with award-winning products in Health, Wellness, Utilities & Music and over 1 billion downloads across the globe. Our apps inspire and empower people to build a healthy lifestyle that’s sustainable and enjoyable
REQUIREMENTS
– At least 1.5 years of experience as an HR professional, with a focus on managing the employee lifecycle
– Familiarity with HRIS
– English B1+
– Familiarity with HR analytics
– Knowledge of HR best practices and employee engagement techniques

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Support and improve core HR processes, including adaptation, onboarding/offboarding, performance assessment, employee development, and motivation
– Partner with managers on day-to-day people-related issues, providing support, facilitating discussions, and influencing decision-making
– Build effective communication with employees and team leads; resolve conflicts and find balanced solutions during regular 1:1 meetings
– Maintain and promote corporate culture, ensuring alignment with company values
– Design, implement, and support employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with the HR team, focusing on measurable outcomes and data insights
– Contribute to developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
– Partner with managers on day-to-day people-related issues, providing support, facilitating discussions, and influencing decision-making
– Build effective communication with employees and team leads; resolve conflicts and find balanced solutions during regular 1:1 meetings
– Maintain and promote corporate culture, ensuring alignment with company values
– Design, implement, and support employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with the HR team, focusing on measurable outcomes and data insights
– Contribute to developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
