ABOUT THE PROJECT

Gismart is a mobile app developer with award-winning products in Health, Wellness, Utilities & Music and over 1 billion downloads across the globe. Our apps inspire and empower people to build a healthy lifestyle that’s sustainable and enjoyable

REQUIREMENTS

– 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment with proven results (we’re also happy to talk to exceptional candidates with less experience)
– Strong problem-solving skills — you dig into problems, find root causes, and drive solutions end-to-end
– Solid analytical skills — comfortable calculating LTV and explaining the business impact of experiments
– Understanding of product management, web funnels, paid social marketing, and unit economics
– B2+ English
– Would be a plus Entrepreneurship experience
– STEM background
– Degree from a top university (e.g. KSE, UKU, NaUKMA)

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Conduct market and user research to identify growth opportunities
– Generate and prioritize product hypotheses
– Define requirements for developers and designers
– Design, run, and analyse product experiments to validate hypotheses
– Prepare regular updates on key product metrics
