L&D Coordinator at Galaktica

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Galaktica is a Ukrainian product IT company that has successfully created and promoted its online projects on the world market for 6 years. We are looking for an L&D Coordinator with successful experience in scaling and supporting internal training direction.

REQUIREMENTS

– 1+ years of experience in L&D or related fields.
– Experience with LMS or administration of educational platforms.
– Understanding of L&D and coaching principles.
– Proficient in PeopleForce or other HRIS systems.
– Experience in creating and updating training materials (presentations, notes, workbooks).

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Support and administration of trainings at Galaktica.
– Responsible for the quality of recorded videos and their organization.
– Preparation and publication of training materials (under guidance of coaches): presentations, workbooks, manuals, notes.
– Promotion of training products within the company (content creation, announcements, notifications).
– Gathering groups for training including communication, reminders, and organization support (access provision, rescheduling).
– Analyze feedback.
– Develop motivational programs for training participation.
