ABOUT THE PROJECT

Galaktica is a Ukrainian product IT company creating and promoting online projects in the most affluent markets: USA, Canada, Australia, UK, and EU. With over 5 years of experience, Galaktica products are successful and allow for the growth and development of employees.

REQUIREMENTS

– 4+ years of experience in coaching, training, or corporate training.
– Coaching certification (ICF, ECF, EMCC) with deep expertise in individual or group coaching with over 200 hours of practice.
– Conduct individual coaching sessions, facilitation, training, workshops, and training programs online/offline.
– Develop and adapt training products to meet business needs.
– Familiar with adult learning theories and assessment methods (CSAT, NPS).
– Promote training products and coaching services, gather and analyze feedback.
– Work with the emotional sphere of employees: burnout, motivation, conflicts, personnel development.
– Willingness to facilitate strategic sessions and retrospectives and work with management or multifunctional teams.
– Design training programs using instructional design methodology (ADDIE).
– Create E-learning courses and work with LMS platforms.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams: product, development, analytical.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Conduct individual coaching sessions and develop coaching products.
– Create and conduct training programs on Enneagram.
– Facilitate online initiatives: training, strategic sessions, and retrospectives.
– Analyze requests and audit development needs.
– Manage the full cycle of creating training products.
– Monitor effectiveness and prepare reports.
– Adhere to L&D methodology and standards.
