Motion Designer/AI Creator at Galaktica

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Galaktica is a Ukrainian product IT company that has successfully created and promoted its online products in the global market for 6 years. We are scaling through internal startups and relying on the stable growth of our core product.

REQUIREMENTS

– 2+ years in motion design/video creation, portfolio with promotional creatives required.
– Confident in After Effects, Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve, basic skills in Figma.
– Practical experience with AI for video and images (Runway, Midjourney, Kling or equivalents).
– Understanding of performance marketing principles, knowledge of CTR, Hook, Retention, and what makes a video “selling”.
– Ability to write scripts and put together videos independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Create video creatives and animations for advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
– Generate creative ideas based on competitor analysis and trends in the wellbeing niche.
– Adapt creatives to various formats: Stories, Reels, Feed (vertical/square).
– Implement AI tools for rapid video content generation.
– Write short scripts and texts for creatives.
– Test various creative hypotheses for conversion optimization.
– Collaborate closely with the User Acquisition Manager.
– Analyze performance of launched creatives and optimize based on data.
– Create visual content for web funnels (landing pages).
– Maintain a library of ready assets and templates.
