Product Lead at Galaktica

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Galaktica is a Ukrainian product IT company that creates and promotes its own online projects in the most solvent markets in the world: USA, Canada, Australia, UK, EU. Our company and its main product have been successful for over 6 years.

REQUIREMENTS

– Experience in product roles for 5 years;
– Deep understanding of product metrics and ability to work with them (North Star Metrics, KPI, cohort analysis, retention, conversion, etc.);
– Practical experience with large-scale platform products with a large number of users;
– Experience managing a team of product managers (from 3 people), including goal setting, mentoring, and evaluating results;
– Experience simultaneously managing multiple products or product areas;
– Practical experience working with Scrum processes (planning, grooming, retrospectives, sprint reviews);
– Proficient in any tool for creating mockups and prototypes.
– Experience with Tableau is a big plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Analyze key product metrics and assess product quality to make informed decisions and improve the user experience;
– Coordinate the product team’s work: task setting, 1:1 meetings, providing feedback, team development, and participating in hiring and onboarding new employees;
– Interact with the IT team to ensure compliance with processes, control task execution, and approve business and technical documentation/specifications (BRD, TZ);
– Implement new functionality and optimize the product based on A/B tests that improve the user experience and key product metrics.
