Senior Creative Marketing Manager at Futurra Group

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Futturra Group is a Ukrainian multi-product IT company specializing in the development and promotion of innovative cross-platform products in the EdTech sector. We are building a strong team of like-minded individuals for edtech services that will transform the future of educational applications.

REQUIREMENTS

– At least 2 years of experience in the position of Creative Marketing Manager.
– Knowledge of competitive analysis tools (BigSpy, Adhert, TikTok search, FB ads library) and market analysis (TikTok, Google, FB, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, Amazon).
– Basic understanding of performance marketing, principles of user acquisition (Meta Ads and TikTok).
– Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to work.
– Systematic and ability to build scalable processes.
– Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Creating new and improving current processes.
– Analyzing competitors and related niches to identify trends and best practices.
– Managing the creative factory, analyzing results, and continuously optimizing the creative process.
– Creating and implementing video content for performance advertising.
– Hiring, developing, and managing a team of creative marketers.
