ABOUT THE PROJECT
We are looking for a Customer Support specialist to assist our clients, resolve their issues, and create a positive experience interacting with the brand. If you are communicative, patient, and results-oriented, welcome to the team. Let’s work together
REQUIREMENTS
– 1+ years of experience
– Understanding of how the Steam platform works and trading mechanics in CS2
– High level of customer orientation and desire to help users
– Knowledge of English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
– Willingness to learn and develop professionally
– Ability to quickly absorb large volumes of new information
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Conduct written communication with clients and respond promptly to their inquiries
– Interact with the product team for effective resolution of user queries
– Work with the admin panel functionality, update and verify data
– Process user payments, perform searches and monitor their status
– Handle large volumes of information, including regular updates in internal work chats and channels
