ABOUT THE PROJECT
EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. We provide casino, sports betting, platform and payments, and affiliate management to 200 customers worldwide. With a team of over 1400 passionate individuals spread across twelve countries, we’re united by our love for innovation and teamwork.
REQUIREMENTS
– Excellent spoken and written English
– Russian skills
– Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
– Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, technology, or platform-based solutions
– Proven ability to negotiate commercial agreements and build strategic partnerships
– Demonstrated success in managing and closing high-value (Tier 1) clients
– Strong planning, prioritization, and time-management skills
– Willingness to travel internationally, sometimes on short notice
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is considered a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Identify and develop new business opportunities across the CIS region
– Engage, present, and educate prospective clients on PartnerMatrix’s full product portfolio
– Drive regional sales growth by working across the entire product suite
– Lead commercial discussions, negotiate offers, and close contracts with new and existing clients
– Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies and value propositions
– Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and partners
– Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful deal execution
– Represent PartnerMatrix at relevant industry events and conferences
– Stay informed about regional market trends and competitive landscape
– Engage, present, and educate prospective clients on PartnerMatrix’s full product portfolio
