ABOUT THE PROJECT

EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. We provide casino, sports betting, platform and payments, and affiliate management to 300 customers worldwide. The team consists of over 1400 passionate individuals spread across twelve countries in Europe and Asia.

REQUIREMENTS

– 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles.
– Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
– Proficiency in Figma.
– Strong understanding of frontend frameworks (e.g., React).
– A portfolio showcasing impactful product designs and prototypes.
– Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
– Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value.
– Broad understanding of UX beyond just UI design.
– Proficiency in prototyping tools and techniques.
– Experience with regular user testing and feedback integration.
– Familiarity with user research methods and data-driven design processes (desirable).
– Knowledge of accessibility standards (desirable).
– Versatility in visual and interaction design (desirable).
– Prior experience designing for iGaming, fintech, or similarly data-intensive B2B products (desirable).

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Design and deliver high-fidelity prototypes for new features across our CRM and player engagement platform.
– Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.
– Collaborate with developers and product teams to align design solutions with technical and business goals.
– Participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and user research activities.
– Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion best practices in usability and accessibility.
– Focus on customer value and business constraints in designs.
– Design holistic user experiences across multiple touchpoints within the platform.
– Conduct regular user testing to refine and validate design ideas.
