ABOUT THE PROJECT

EveryMatrix is a leading B2B Software provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. We are looking for a Corporate Development professional to join our Copenhagen office, a high impact role working closely with C-level leadership to drive M&A and strategic initiatives across our global organization.

REQUIREMENTS

– Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field
– 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, transaction services, corporate development or a similar role
– Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
– Solid analytical and problem solving capabilities
– Ability to manage projects and drive execution in a fast paced environment
– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
– High level of ownership and attention to detail
– Experience in tech, software or iGaming is a plus
– Willingness to travel as required
– Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) to support analysis, problem-solving and research is considered a strong advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Support and manage end-to-end M&A processes including sourcing, evaluation, due diligence and execution
– Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses to support investment decisions
– Conduct market, competitor and peer group analyses to identify opportunities
– Coordinate cross functional due diligence across key business areas
– Prepare investment materials and strategic analyses for executive leadership
– Support post merger integration planning and performance tracking
– Perform internal financial and operational analyses to support decision making
– Collaborate with business units on strategic initiatives and growth opportunities
– Support development of corporate development processes and frameworks
