ABOUT THE PROJECT

EveryMatrix is a leading B2B Software provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. We are looking for a Senior Strategy Consultant to join our team in Copenhagen! In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to support the CEO agenda and drive high-impact strategic initiatives across our global organisation.

REQUIREMENTS

– Master’s in Economics, Finance, Politics or related fields.
– 3-5 years’ experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or a similar high-performance environment.
– Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modelling, business case development, and executive-level presentations.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into concrete actions.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to synthesize complex topics into clear messages.
– High level of ownership, curiosity, and drive to deliver impact.
– Willingness to travel for events, meetings, and market research activities.
– Industry experience in gaming is a plus.
– Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) to support analysis, problem-solving and research is considered a strong advantage.
– Excellent interpersonal skills with experience navigating senior leadership and cross-cultural teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, supporting the CEO agenda and key decision-making processes.
– Drive projects end-to-end, from problem structuring and analysis to recommendation and execution.
– Support the execution of the EM2030 strategy, including KPI definition, tracking, and governance.
– Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve performance, efficiency, and organisational effectiveness.
– Design and implement scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and best practices across the business.
– Prepare clear, high-quality materials for senior leadership, translating complex topics into recommendations and decision points.
