RESPONSIBILITIES

– Validate deployments and monitor release activities across different environments
– Assist with CI/CD-related tasks and basic troubleshooting of deployment issues
– Perform game and integration verification after releases
– Analyze application logs and collect technical information for troubleshooting
– Work with REST APIs, Postman, JSON payloads, and configuration files
– Verify launch URLs, domains, and environment-specific configurations
– Assist QA teams and operators with technical investigations and issue resolution
– Collect and analyze HAR logs and browser network traces
– Perform basic database checks using SQL queries
– Escalate complex issues to developers or the TechOps Team Lead engineers when required
– Participate in continuous improvement of operational processes and monitoring practices

WHAT WE OFFER

– Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
– 3 sick leave days per year, no doctor’s note required; 30 medical leave days with medical allowance.
– Hybrid work schedule is available after the first three months of employment with 80/20 office/home format until the end of 2026. Starting from 2027, the policy will transition to primarily office-based work, with up to 10 work-from-home days per year with manager approval.
