REQUIREMENTS
– You possess keen insights into the current and future state of AI; you don’t just follow trends – you understand how to apply them.
– You have successfully led AI implementations or large-scale digital transformations in similar-sized technology organizations.
– You excel at keeping things simple. You can take complex technological concepts and turn them into clear, actionable business processes.
– You are excellent at managing a high volume of concurrent AI initiatives without losing sight of the “big picture.”
– You can influence at the C-Suite level while effectively coaching teams on the ground in Bucharest and beyond.
– Knowledge of the iGaming ecosystem (Trading, Casino, Sports) is a significant advantage.
– You have successfully led AI implementations or large-scale digital transformations in similar-sized technology organizations.
– You excel at keeping things simple. You can take complex technological concepts and turn them into clear, actionable business processes.
– You are excellent at managing a high volume of concurrent AI initiatives without losing sight of the “big picture.”
– You can influence at the C-Suite level while effectively coaching teams on the ground in Bucharest and beyond.
– Knowledge of the iGaming ecosystem (Trading, Casino, Sports) is a significant advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Define and evolve the group-wide AI strategy in close partnership with Top Management.
– Build, maintain, and deliver on a high-impact AI roadmap in collaboration with key technical and business staff.
– Establish and lead our internal AI Competence Centre, nurturing talent and ensuring best practices are shared across the organization.
– Oversee the “Acceleration Squads” (AI Focus Teams) to ensure projects are moved from concept to production with high velocity.
– Implement rigorous tracking of AI-driven improvements, ensuring a cycle of continuous optimization and clear reporting on ROI to the Board.
– Build, maintain, and deliver on a high-impact AI roadmap in collaboration with key technical and business staff.
– Establish and lead our internal AI Competence Centre, nurturing talent and ensuring best practices are shared across the organization.
– Oversee the “Acceleration Squads” (AI Focus Teams) to ensure projects are moved from concept to production with high velocity.
