ABOUT THE PROJECT
EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. We provide casino, sports betting, platform and payments, and affiliate management to 300 customers worldwide. We are looking for a dedicated Middle East Sales Manager to join our team in Sliema, Malta!
REQUIREMENTS
– Native or fluent Turkish speaker with strong English skills.
– Proven B2B sales experience, within iGaming, casino content, or platform B2B sales.
– Strong understanding of the Middle East market.
– Existing network within the iGaming ecosystem is a necessity.
– Demonstrated and proven history of closing deals and managing complex negotiations.
– Commercial minded, results-driven, and proactive.
– Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Identify, engage, and educate prospective operators and partners on Casino content solutions and platform capabilities.
– Drive new business development initiatives from prospecting through contract negotiation and deal closure.
– Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with strategic clients and industry partners.
– Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with company objectives and long-term vision.
– Define revenue targets and lead initiatives to achieve and exceed them in collaboration with senior leadership.
– Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to uncover new growth opportunities.
– Monitor industry trends and translate insights into actionable sales and business strategies.
– Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, account management, and product teams to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
– Ensure alignment and effective communication across departments to achieve business objectives.
– Represent the company at key industry expos, trade shows, and conferences.
– Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen market presence and credibility.
