ABOUT THE PROJECT
EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. We provide casino, sports betting, platform and payments, and affiliate management to 300 customers worldwide. With a team of over 1400 passionate individuals spread across twelve countries in Europe and Asia, we’re united by our love for innovation and teamwork.
REQUIREMENTS
– At least 3 years of experience in product management/ ownership or business analysis
– 2+ years of experience in any transactional model for the iGaming industry
– Communication and negotiation skills with a business analysis/ SWOT focus
– Ability to prioritize tasks/ objectives with strong organizational, administrative and analytical skills
– Experience working in Agile software development environments
– Technical background experience is considered a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Take the lead of an agile team as the Product Owner
– Work with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, resources and schedule
– Work with the technical team to understand challenges, plan and deliver features
– Ensure project documentation is done, complete and easily available
– Take full ownership of the features backlog, their prioritization and the proposed system solution
– Facilitate and participate in the daily Scrums, sprint planning meetings and sprint reviews and retrospectives
– Work with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, resources and schedule
– Work with the technical team to understand challenges, plan and deliver features
– Ensure project documentation is done, complete and easily available
– Take full ownership of the features backlog, their prioritization and the proposed system solution
– Facilitate and participate in the daily Scrums, sprint planning meetings and sprint reviews and retrospectives
WHAT WE OFFER
– Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
