REQUIREMENTS

– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Management, Economics, or a related field
– Full professional fluency in English
– 2 – 4 years of experience in an IT business analyst position
– Knowledge of business analysis within an IT organization, preferably in the iGaming industry
– Understanding of software development lifecycle
– Proficient in tools: Microsoft Office suite, JIRA/ Confluence, MS VISIO
– Strong documentation, oral and written communications skills
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Analytic mind (strategic thinking)
– Result oriented with problem solving skills
– Nice to have: UML experience; Proficiency in technical writing

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Perform key tasks in the requirements management process
– Create specifications in accordance with client requirements
– Document and organize the requirements
– Align all involved product teams to produce a coherent experience
– Manage the review and approval of requirements and specifications
– Analyse and keep specifications up to date
– Support the project manager in controlling scope changes
– Identify risks that may cause mismatch between delivery and requirements
– Promote best practices with other business analysts
– Propose ways to improve existing workflows and procedures
– Stay updated with the latest business analysis practices
