ABOUT THE PROJECT
EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. We provide casino, sports betting, platform and payments, and affiliate management to 200 customers worldwide.
REQUIREMENTS
– 2 – 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or system engineering.
– Strong Linux/Unix and networking knowledge.
– Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Jenkins).
– Hands-on experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes.
– Understanding of database administration and backup strategies.
– Experience with Kafka or other message brokers.
– Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK).
– Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar).
– Good communication skills and fluent English.
– Experience with high-availability or 24/7 systems is a plus.
– Willingness to participate in on-call duty and occasional standby work.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
– Administer Linux-based production systems and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
– Operate Kafka and other messaging/streaming systems.
– Set up monitoring, logging, backup, and recovery solutions.
– Monitor system performance and reliability, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
– Collaborate with developers to improve deployments and system stability.
– Maintain infrastructure and operational documentation.
– Participate in incident response and on-call rotations.
– Administer Linux-based production systems and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
– Operate Kafka and other messaging/streaming systems.
– Set up monitoring, logging, backup, and recovery solutions.
– Monitor system performance and reliability, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
– Collaborate with developers to improve deployments and system stability.
– Maintain infrastructure and operational documentation.
– Participate in incident response and on-call rotations.
WHAT WE OFFER
– A salary from 2.200 EUR up to 2.800 EUR (gross/brutto1).
