REQUIREMENTS
– 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on business process design, analysis, and optimization.
– Proven ability to create and interpret BPMN diagrams, process flowcharts, and process mapping documentation.
– Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), continuous improvement methodologies, and industry standards such as ITIL and ISO.
– Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.) is a strong advantage.
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
– Fluency in English (written and spoken).
– Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Coordinates and monitors internal department processes to identify solutions or make referrals.
– Leads new process designs.
– Facilitate discovery meetings and workshops with department subject matter experts and stakeholders.
– Interprets complex data and business metrics for relevant stakeholders.
– Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including process flows, procedures, and policies.
– Manages all audit requests.
– Aligns the processes & policies according to ITIL, ISO, and other standards.
– Design, monitoring and reporting of process metrics, and in addressing any issues that may arise.
– Leads new process designs.
– Facilitate discovery meetings and workshops with department subject matter experts and stakeholders.
– Interprets complex data and business metrics for relevant stakeholders.
– Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including process flows, procedures, and policies.
– Manages all audit requests.
– Aligns the processes & policies according to ITIL, ISO, and other standards.
– Design, monitoring and reporting of process metrics, and in addressing any issues that may arise.
WHAT WE OFFER
– Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
