REQUIREMENTS

– 2+ years of experience in a Lead Architect role
– Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent)
– Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across distributed, cross-functional teams
– Strong hands-on experience with .NET technologies and related frameworks
– Expertise in Data Engineering – data pipelines, ETL processes, big data frameworks, and cloud data platforms
– Experience designing and delivering solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
– Deep knowledge of microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and API-driven architectures
– Track record of delivering scalable, reliable cloud solutions using modern CI/CD practices

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Provide technical leadership and guidance to architects, ensuring consistency and alignment across all architectural decisions
– Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives
– Guarantee compliance with enterprise standards, security requirements, and performance benchmarks
– Drive innovation in solution design, with a focus on data engineering and cloud-based architectures
– Oversee the creation and maintenance of technical documentation; present architectural decisions to clients and internal teams
– Stay current with emerging technologies, rapidly adopting new tools and practices to enhance project outcomes
– Champion best practices in architecture, scalability, and reliability across the organization
