REQUIREMENTS

– 8+ years of experience in banking transformation, Oracle Flexcube solution architecture, Oracle Banking Payments, SWIFT, DevOps, and Agile environments
– Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical/functional consulting expertise
– Strong hands-on skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, Shell scripting, Spring Boot, and Oracle DB (10g/11g/12c/19c)
– Experience in business analysis and cross-functional team coordination
– Proven experience in FlexCube custom development, extensibility framework, and configuration of standard modules across multiple banking environments

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Define end-to-end Oracle FlexCube v14.x solution architecture
– Lead custom development using Oracle FlexCube ODT / RAD / Extensibility Framework, ensuring bank-specific customizations while preserving upgradeability
– Configure standard FCUBS modules including CASA, Loans, Deposits, Payments, Treasury, and Regulatory Reporting
– Implement product hierarchies, pricing structures, interest calculations, and fee frameworks for retail and corporate banking products
– Architect Oracle Banking Payments (OBP) and SWIFT integrations, including messaging, payment orchestration, routing rules, fraud detection, and compliance controls
– Design integration architecture between FlexCube and external systems using Spring Boot microservices, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle SOA Suite
– Support upgrade and migration initiatives from legacy systems to FlexCube v14.x, including Oracle DB migration to 19c, data validation, and upgrade testing
