ABOUT THE PROJECT

DICEUS is a product company focused on building innovative SaaS solutions for the global insurance and financial services markets. Our mission is to modernize how insurers, brokers, MGAs, and other financial players operate through intelligent underwriting, seamless policy management, and digital engagement platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

– 5+ years of experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
– Proficiency in TypeScript, React Hooks, and state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand).
– Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, or similar frameworks.
– Strong understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous data handling.
– Familiarity with enterprise-level UI/UX patterns and data-heavy interfaces.
– Experience with testing tools like Jest or React Testing Library.
– Familiarity with React Query (TanStack Query) or eagerness to learn it.
– Hands-on experience using modern AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) in daily development workflows.
– Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Develop and maintain scalable React applications with a focus on performance and usability.
– Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features.
– Implement responsive UI components and dashboards for data visualization and project tracking.
– Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
– Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
