ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Prospecting and Social Selling System that equips sales staff with all the digital tools needed to build a business inside a dealership. It’s an all-inclusive platform that provides each salesperson with a personal website, mobile app, video messaging, digital business card, social content, T.O. system, referral system, a built-in competition system, and is flexible enough to be customized for each salesperson.

REQUIREMENTS

– Good knowledge of Asp.net core (C#), C# (.net framework 4.5.2), .NET MVC
– 4-6 years commercial .NET development (Middle+ level).
– Proven experience with Azure cloud services in production systems.
– Built scalable APIs handling 10K+ daily transactions.
– English – Upper-Intermediate
– Experience with async messaging patterns (queues/topics).
– Demonstrated interest in system architecture (e.g., personal projects, blog posts, certifications).
– Comfortable explaining trade-offs between technical solutions.
– Eager to grow into architectural decision-making and team leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Design and implement RESTful APIs using .NET Core Web API and ASP.NET MVC for dealership prospecting tools (personal websites, video messaging, T.O. systems).
– Optimize SQL Stored Procedures/Functions and MySQL/NoSQL queries for high-volume referral tracking and social selling analytics.
– Integrate Azure services: Service Bus Queues/Topics for async communication, Blob Storage for media assets, Key Vault for TCPA-compliant security.
– Deploy and maintain Azure Functions.
– Write unit/integration tests, ensuring 85%+ code coverage.
– Perform peer reviews focusing on security, performance, and maintainability.
– Support frontend integrations (Angular, Vue.js) through stable API contracts.
– Collaborate on system design decisions: queue patterns, data partitioning, API versioning strategies.
– Propose optimizations for scalability (e.g., Azure scaling rules, database sharding for dealership growth).
– Document architectural decisions and create reusable patterns for the team.
– Participate in architecture code reviews and technical roadmap planning.
– Contribute to sprint planning and estimation for backend epics.
