ABOUT THE PROJECT

DICEUS is a product company focused on building innovative SaaS solutions for the global insurance and financial services markets. Our mission is to modernize how insurers, brokers, MGAs, and other financial players operate through intelligent underwriting, seamless policy management, and digital engagement platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

– At least 6 months of hands-on experience in IT recruitment
– Proficiency in Ukrainian
– At least strong Intermediate English level
– Sales experience
– Strong communication skills
– Proficient PC user (Excel, Word)
– Readiness to work remotely, stable electricity and internet

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Source a wide range of IT professionals (software developers, QA engineers, PMs, architects, and a lot more)
– Publish vacancies on external resources
– Create a wide Talent pool and update CVs search database
– Prescreen and present appropriate candidates to the Recruiter
– Monitor the job market
– Search for talents using several channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, social media, internal database, etc.)
– Communicate with candidates on a daily basis
