ABOUT THE PROJECT
Brainstack is a Ukrainian multi-product IT company committed to providing an opportunity space for continuous scaling. We seek a PPC/ Senior User Acquisition Manager (Google Ads) to effectively promote our mobile product in the Wellness niche.
REQUIREMENTS
– 3+ years of experience in Google Ads advertising management focused on web products (Search, Demand Gen, Display, PMAX)
– Proven experience with Tier1 markets managing marketing budgets of $100,000 or more per month
– Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization
– Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau
– Experience with bid strategies and automation techniques
– Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROI, LTV)
– Ability to balance creativity with technical aspects for campaign effectiveness

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Develop and implement user acquisition strategy using Google Ads for web products
– Manage, optimize and scale campaigns across Google Ads platforms including Search, Display, GDN, PMAX, and Demand Gen
– Conduct A/B testing at various sales funnel stages and analyze creative effectiveness
– Monitor and adjust key performance indicators (CPL, CPA, ROAS) to optimize user acquisition costs
– Collaborate with the creative team to create and adapt creatives for Google platforms
– Efficiently allocate ad budgets across different Google Ads channels
– Manage, optimize and scale campaigns across Google Ads platforms including Search, Display, GDN, PMAX, and Demand Gen
– Conduct A/B testing at various sales funnel stages and analyze creative effectiveness
