Middle Motion Marketing Designer at Brainstack

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Brainstack is a Ukrainian multi-product IT company searching for a Middle Motion Marketing Designer to join our Wellness team.

REQUIREMENTS

– At least 2+ years of experience in After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma;
– Knowledge of composition, editing, color correction, sound design;
– Skills in working with plugins and auxiliary programs;
– Basic skills in AI tools in Motion Design;
– Ability to create graphic elements independently.
– Experience in production automation (expressions, scripts, templates) is a plus;
– Knowledge/use of AI tools (Veo3, Kling, 11 Labs, etc.) is a plus;
– Experience in prompt engineering for generative video/images is a plus;
– Ability to quickly adapt new technologies into workflows.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Create engaging videos that attract, captivate, and sell;
– Influence large advertising campaigns seen by millions;
– Work with advanced formats: Reels, Shorts, Stories, UGC-style;
– Participate in launching and optimizing advertising on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
