Data Analyst (Billing) at Brainstack

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Brainstack is a Ukrainian multi-product IT company looking for a Data Analyst focused on payment data analysis. You will work with a billing department and a strong team of product managers and technical specialists.

REQUIREMENTS

– At least 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst in the payment domain.
– Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/BI tools).
– Ability to analyze large volumes of data and present findings clearly.
– Understanding key metrics for payment products.
– Strong SQL knowledge for query creation and data processing.
– Understanding subscription business models.
– Ability to build predictive analyses for future initiatives.
– Presentation skills and ability to simplify complex concepts are a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Actively participate in optimizing existing business processes and implementing new ones.
– Analyze billing logic and transaction throughput.
– Monitor and investigate anomalies in key metrics.
– Create and maintain dashboards.
– Calculate the feasibility of implementing billing initiatives.
– Analyze the effectiveness of implemented initiatives.
