Junior AI Automation Specialist at Brainstack

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Brainstack is a Ukrainian multi-product IT company. We are looking for a Junior AI Automation Specialist for our product in the Wellness niche.

REQUIREMENTS

– Completed courses in AI Automation or practical experience of at least 6 months;
– Proficient in AI or no-code tools (GPT, Claude, Make, n8n, Zapier, Airtable, Retool, etc.);
– Strong analytical skills and systematic thinking;
– Understanding of basic API principles, Webhooks, JSON;
– Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python (logic level and simple scripts);
– Algorithmic thinking, familiarity with business processes, and a desire to automate them;
– Enjoy communication and collaboration with various teams;
– Proactive, initiative, capable of taking responsibility;
– Clearly define technical tasks, detail the expectations and results;
– Your English level (B1 and above) allows you to use all necessary tools and work with documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Improve processes across various directions with different teams;
– Identify processes that can be optimized and automated;
– Responsible for the full automation cycle: research → hypotheses → testing → implementation → launch → training teams;
– Create and maintain automated scripts in n8n / Retool / Make / Zapier / Airtable;
– Use AI tools to optimize workflows;
– Write instructions and technical documentation;
– Search for and implement new solutions to enhance team efficiency;
– Track trends in AI and automation, analyze their feasibility for implementation;
– Assist teams in finding automation solutions and improving internal processes.
