Responsibilities
— Workplace support for end users.
— Processing ServiceNow tickets (levels 2/3).
— Coordination of Service Desk operations (call desk and on-site).
— Control and support of SCCM activities (packaging, patching) together with external contractors.
— Participation in BAU and projects associated with workstations (image, GPO, etc.).
— Partial involvement in BAU tasks of Windows System Engineers.
— Possible participation in projects outside the Workplace direction.
— Interaction with internal users, partners (agents, brokers), Service Desk, Project Manager, IT teams at AXA Luxembourg and AXA group, CSO (security), IT suppliers.
