ABOUT THE PROJECT

AMO Publishing is an international IT company creating stories that change the world. Our product, AmoMama, is one of the largest online tabloids, reaching over 40 million readers monthly from the USA and Western Europe. We create diverse content: from breaking news and vibrant entertainment materials to touching, inspiring stories that unite people worldwide.

REQUIREMENTS

– Experience in similar roles or practical readiness to learn quickly.
– Basic understanding of social media communications and moderation rules.
– Ability to work with AI tools (text generation, paraphrasing, quick tone checks).
– Responsibility and organization.
– Ability to work quickly and autonomously.
– English level B1+ (ability to understand and communicate in writing).

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Monitor user activity under the page’s posts on Facebook.
– Respond to comments on posts in a designated tone of voice (quickly, politely, with attention to the emotional reaction of the reader).
– Use AI tools for quick generation/template responses and checking tone of voice compliance.
– Stimulate discussion and engagement from readers — ask questions, encourage reactions, delicately moderate emotional posts.
– Document repeat or negative comments as indicators of issues in articles/posts and report them to the manager.
