ABOUT THE PROJECT

AMО APPS is a Ukrainian product IT company that helps millions of people worldwide change their lives through healthy habits. We create convenient digital tools that help our users achieve their desired results.

REQUIREMENTS

– 2+ years of experience in creating various content formats (text, video, photo, audio) focused on engagement, retention, and audience motivation;
– Strong creative thinking and readiness to seek unconventional, bold solutions;
– Analytical approach and ability to find causal relationships in content results;
– Understanding of social media trends and content virality mechanics;
– Experience in scaling and optimizing creative solutions for rapid growth;
– Ability to work with quantitative and qualitative data to enhance ideas and concepts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Participate proactively in team brainstorming sessions and search for new creative ideas;
– Analyze our products’ creatives, competitors, and the market to find new growth opportunities;
– Manage the complete cycle of creative production from idea to final execution;
– Be responsible for task setting and writing briefs for the production team and designers for video and static creatives;
– Analyze creative performance and generate ideas for improvement based on data;
– Work with cross-functional teams to find insights and improve our products’ marketing metrics.
