Senior QA Engineer at Amo Apps

REQUIREMENTS

– 5+ years of testing experience, with the last 2–3 years focused on mobile applications iOS and Android.
– Experience in testing backend functionality and API.
– Proficient in: Xcode, Android Studio, ADB, Charles, logging and builds.
– Experience with Jira, Confluence, TestMo (or analogs), and building effective test documentation.
– Understanding of test design techniques and the ability to apply them practically.
– Experience with Postman.
– Experience creating test cases and checklists.
– Knowledge of SQL: ability to write basic queries.
– Understanding of Git basics.
– Understanding of CI/CD processes.
– Experience participating in mobile application releases (App Store / Google Play) is a plus.
– Understanding monitoring and logging systems: Sentry, Grafana, Firebase, Amplitude is a plus.
– Basic knowledge of JavaScript (for Postman scripts) is a plus.
– Previous experience writing autotests (API, UI, or native) is a plus.
– Experience in testing web applications is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Testing new and existing functionality of mobile applications iOS/Android.
– Testing the backend part of the product, including integrations and updates.
– Creating and updating test documentation (checklists, test cases).
– Supporting releases and conducting regression/smoke testing.
– Working with logging and build tools.
– Analyzing requirements, participating in grooming, planning, retros, and daily meetings.
– Close interaction with developers, designers, and product teams.
– Maintaining an effective QA process in a dynamic environment.
