We are looking for a System Administrator who will help standardize equipment and corporate service provisioning, reduce decision-making time, and increase cost efficiency. Project-based format approximately 4–6 hours a day.
Main focuses of the role:
– Standardization of technical support and inventory
– Conducting equipment inventory and identifying actual provision and shortages
– Analysis of roles and positions concerning equipment needs
– Forming a technology map for each position (type, capacity, number of devices)
– Defining and documenting standard equipment configurations for HR and managers
– Optimization of equipment issuance processes and automation
– Analysis and standardization of decision-making processes regarding equipment issuance
– Reducing decision-making time and the number of manual approvals
– Describing processes in the form of instructions and schemes
– Setting up and supporting simple automations (Telegram bots, Slack bots) for IT processes and internal notifications
– Managing access to corporate services
– Auditing access to Notion, Zoho Campaign, and corporate mail
– Forming and coordinating an access matrix for different employee categories
– Structuring rules for granting and revoking access
– Analytics and documentation
– Analyzing equipment, licenses, and services usage
– Preparing structured IT documentation and transferring solutions to the team
This role is for you if:
– You have experience as a system administrator/IT Operations/IT Support for 1 year (preferably in companies with 100+ people), and can work independently.
– You understand the standardization of IT processes and documentation, different approaches to access management and roles.
– You have analytical thinking and the ability to structure chaos.
– You have practical experience with corporate services (mail, Notion, knowledge base, CRM/marketing tools).
– You can work with the setup and support of Telegram bots and Slack bots for internal processes and automations.
