Junior Legal Counsel — Amo Apps at Amo Apps

We believe that taking care of your health can be simple and accessible, which is why we create user-friendly digital tools to make our users’ journey toward their goals easier. Our mobile apps — MadMuscles, Harna, and Unimeal — provide expert support in nutrition, workouts, and recovery, helping users reach new heights and feel better every day.

REQUIREMENTS

– 6+ months of experience in a top-tier law firm, Big 4, or legal team at an IT company;
– Strong academic background from a leading Ukrainian law school;
– High level of legal English and strong drafting skills;
– Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Participate in legal analysis of business operations and risk assessment in key jurisdictions;
– Support the implementation of compliance practices across products;
– Monitor legal developments relevant to digital products, including privacy, advertising, auto-renewals, and e-commerce;
– Draft and review commercial agreements and internal policies to ensure they align with current legal requirements and business objectives.
