REQUIREMENTS

– A proven track record as a project manager or similar role, ideally within the B2B SaaS and retail industry for at least 2 years.
– A deep understanding of the intricacies of the retail industry and supply chain management.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Ukrainian, proficiency in Polish will be a big plus.
– Technical savvy to navigate the digital landscape.
– Strong analytical skills to dissect complex scenarios and provide innovative solutions.
– The ability to confidently interact with senior stakeholders, building influential relationships even without formal authority.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Engaging in transformative consultancy sessions with our clients, providing expert guidance and unwavering support during implementation.
– Taking accountability for the flawless delivery of implementation projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and surpassing project objectives.
– Crafting and maintaining meticulous project management documentation, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.
– Coordinating and facilitating impactful project meetings, documenting actions, and ensuring diligent follow-up until successful completion.
– Proactively identifying and addressing risks and challenges, collaborating with the team to devise effective solutions.
– Participating in and enhancing the sales process, showcasing your expertise in client discussions and product demonstrations.
– Conducting in-depth business process analysis interviews to understand client requirements and tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs.
– Delivering top-notch product-related training to end-users, empowering them to unleash the full potential of our cutting-edge offerings.
